What file types do you accept?
I prefer Word documents (.doc or .docx) so I can leave comments using Track Changes. Google Docs can work too — just let me know in advance.
Do you provide line editing or grammar corrections?
No. This is a beta read, which means I focus on story-level feedback like pacing, clarity, characters, and emotional impact. I’ll leave in-line comments as a reader — not as a copyeditor.
My word count doesn’t fit your packages. Can I still hire you?
Yes! I charge $4 per 1,000 words and can create a custom quote for any length. Just message me with your word count and I’ll send an offer.
What genres do you work with, and are there any you avoid?
I love reading women’s fiction, YA, literary, romance, multicultural stories, and character-driven fiction. I do not accept horror or erotica.
