What is RAG, and why does it matter?
RAG means the chatbot searches your actual documents for the answer before responding, instead of relying purely on the AI's general training. It's the difference between a bot that knows your business and one that guesses.
What file types can you train it on?
PDFs, Word docs, CSVs, and website/FAQ pages. If your content is in another format, message me — most things can be converted.
Will it ever give a wrong answer?
Rare, since it only pulls from your documents - but if a question falls outside your content, Premium includes a fallback that hands off to a human instead of guessing.
Can I update its knowledge later without hiring you again?
Yes on Standard and Premium - you get the source code and, on Premium, a dashboard to add or update documents yourself.
Which AI model powers it?
I typically use fast, cost-efficient LLMs suited to your budget and volume - happy to discuss specific providers if you have a preference.
Can this integrate with my existing website or CRM?
Yes - the widget embeds into most websites, and I can connect it to common CRMs or support tools as a custom add-on.
Do you offer ongoing maintenance?
Not included by default, but available as a separate monthly add-on if you'd like updates and monitoring after launch.
