I will price your etsy or shopify products for the new eu 3 euro duty and fee
Shopify Accessibility Chargeback Specialist
About this Gig
From 1 November 2026 every item you sell to EU buyers carries a new 2 euro handling fee, on top of the 3 euro per item duty that started in July. A buyer ordering 3 mugs now pays about 15 euros extra at the door, or refuses the parcel.
Send me your product list (or shop link) and the countries you ship to. You get a spreadsheet with, for each product:
- The 3 euro duty and 2 euro fee your EU buyer will pay, plus the VAT on top
- Whether bundling items in one parcel saves your buyer money (it often does)
- A suggested EU price if you want to absorb the cost (DDP), or a short note for your listing if your buyer pays (DAP)
Premium adds the exact Shopify Markets or Etsy shipping settings to change.
I'm not a customs broker or accountant. If you need VAT/IOSS registration, you need one of those, and I'll tell you if you do.

FAQ
Does this apply to the UK?
No, the UK isn't in the EU. Ask me about UK rules separately.
Does it apply to parcels over €150?
The €3 duty doesn't; the €2 fee does.
Do you need my login?
No, a product list or your public shop link is enough.
