Will the agent invent prices or promise stock we don't have?
No. Every price, stock level, and order status comes from your store API at request time. The agent is blocked from reusing stale values, and when data is missing it says so instead of guessing.
Can the AI place orders or charge customers on its own?
No. Cart changes are gated and confirmed. There is no charge method at all: the agent shows the cart, your checkout takes payment, and a person clicks Place order. Refunds, cancellations, and account edits stay human-only.
Does it work with Shopify, WooCommerce, or a custom Laravel store?
Yes. The agent talks to one small backend adapter I build over your platform: Shopify Storefront API, WooCommerce Store API, Laravel services, Magento GraphQL, or custom REST. Change platforms later, keep the agent.

It runs on your own Claude API key: no monthly fee to me, no lock-in. Prompt caching keeps repeat context cheap, since cached reads cost about a tenth of fresh tokens. Your free plan includes a cost estimate for your traffic.

Keys stay server-side, never in prompts. Sessions bind to the signed-in customer, reviews and listings are fenced against prompt injection, and every model call is logged. Least-privilege keys you can revoke anytime. NDA on request.
