Starting fresh in QuickBooks Online or moving out of a messy file? Get a clean setup built for your business.
WHAT I BUILD: a chart of accounts structured for your niche (from the Vickery Finance template structures), bank and card feeds connected, opening balances entered from your statements, and a walkthrough so you upload receipts and documents right from day one.
TWO PUBLISHED PRICES: $600 flat for a clean new setup; $750 for a messy migration your accounts cleaned and rebuilt into a clean structure. Fixed before work starts; never changes mid-job.
ACCESS: you invite me to your QBO as an accountant user access you control and can revoke. I NEVER ask for your QuickBooks password, bank login, or any password.

FAQ
Do you need my QuickBooks or bank password?
No — never. You invite Vickery Finance to your QuickBooks Online as an accountant user, an invitation you control and can revoke at any time. If QuickBooks asks for your bank sign-in to connect a feed, you enter it yourself. I never hold client credentials, and I will decline them if offered.
What counts as a "messy migration" vs a clean setup?
Clean setup is a new file for books not yet in QuickBooks. Messy migration is an existing QBO file with a tangled chart of accounts — duplicates, misused accounts, wrong feeds — needing cleaning and rebuilding. Unsure? Message me first; I won't upsell you to $750 if $600 covers it.
Will you clean up my past months too?
Not in this Gig — setup and cleanup are separate. Cleanup is quoted from the published schedule ($1,250 base for up to 3 months behind, +$300 per additional month, capped at $3,500) after a review of the books. Your setup is priced and delivered on its own either way.
Do you set up payroll or sales tax?
No. This Gig covers the bookkeeping file structure, feeds, and opening balances. Payroll setup and tax filings are outside this service — I don't prepare taxes under this business.
Who owns the file and the account structure?
Your QuickBooks subscription and your configured file are yours, for use in your own business. The underlying Vickery Finance template structures and methods remain Vickery Finance property and may not be resold or redistributed.
How long does it take, and what do you need from me?
5–10 calendar days depending on tier, counted from when the QBO invitation and your opening-balance statements arrive. If something is missing, I reply once with the specific list; the clock starts when it arrives.
