What Should I need to Provide?
You need to provide: - Accurate and specific size / dimensions for design. - All contents (text / images) that you want to incorporate in your design. - Any design reference or even some bullet points on design will help. - Brand guideline (if you have)
How much time will you take to send the initial concept or draft?
Usually I provide the first before the expected delivery time. If you need urgent basis then you can order GIG extra to receive your draft even earlier (less than 24 hours).
How much time does the revisions take?
I always try to revise any project the fast as possible, but the average revision execution and delivery takes maximum 1 day. In any case, please be patient because quality always requires some time! :)
What files do I get?
After finalizing the design from your side, you will get the following files (depends on the package)- Editable Source File- .indd, .idml, .pdf
How many revisions do I get?
Number of Revision depends of the package. For Basic Package, you will get 5 revisions. For Standard Package you will get 8 revisions and for the Premium package you will get unlimited revisions. If you want more you need to use gig extra.
What is your working hours?
You will get reply / update within 1 hour for any of your query between 9am - 10pm (GMT+6). I will take maximum 4 hours during the non-working hours to respond.
