FAQ
What genres do you specialize in?
I focus on pop punk, emo, alternative rock, post-hardcore, and adjacent DIY/scene genres. If you're not sure where your sound fits, feel free to send me a message!
What do you need from me to start mixing?
I’ll need dry WAV stems, labeled clearly by instrument, along with the BPM, key (if known), and a rough mix or reference track. Notes on vibe or inspiration are always welcome!
What if I have more stems than my package allows?
No worries — just add the “Additional Track” extra to cover extra stems. Not sure if you’re over? Send me a message and I’ll double-check it with you.
Do you offer mastering?
Fiverr doesn't allow full mastering in this category, but I include light mastering for balance and loudness. If you plan to work with a dedicated mastering engineer, let me know and I’ll prep your mix accordingly.
Can you help tune vocals or fix timing issues?
Absolutely. Vocal tuning and timing edits are included in Standard and Premium packages, or available as gig extras for Basic orders.
What is your revision policy?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, Unlimited for Premium). Revisions are meant for adjustments — not full reworks. If your vision changes significantly after the first mix, we can work out an extra or upgrade to keep things smooth!
What DAW do you use for mixing?
I work exclusively in Reaper — a powerful, professional DAW known for its flexibility and efficiency. It’s fully optimized for my workflow and gives me total control over every detail of your mix.
What plugins or tools do you use?
I use a pro-grade collection of mixing tools including Antares Autotune, GGD, FabFilter, Slate Digital, Soundtoys (including Decapitator), Waves, and Soothe2. I also incorporate UAD analog models, SSL plugins, and iZotope Ozone for mastering and tonal shaping.
What kind of setup do you mix on?
I mix on calibrated studio monitors in a treated room, using a pro-grade interface and headphones for cross-reference. Your mix will translate clearly across speakers, cars, earbuds, and more.
