I will do a fantasy digital illustration

yes but it`s non-exclusive, that means that you can: use it in commercial\published\advertising products, and sell prints and merchandise but I will keep the rights: owning the copyright, use it in portfolios\websites..., sell prints\merchandise, license to other clients if they want to.

Nope, these are copyrighted character, and unless you have the relative rights of use. i cannot give you the commercial use. But i can draw any of your Original Characters

Yes, they can be the subject of the Illustration, provided that there won`t be copyright issues. (like stitch, xenomorphses etc...). While if you want to add a pet to the character or the body of a Dragon that it slayed, that will count as an additional figure, and you will have to purchase it.

for the headshot 1 revision after the sketch for the full body 2 revisions: 1 after the sketch (composition and pose) and 1 after the flat colors (I will not change subject, pose or composition here) for the epic scene 3 revisions: 1 after sketch, 1 after flat colors, and 1 before delivery

Yes i decided to add them without charging, as i want that my illustrations looks cool. (included fire, magics, smokes...)

only if you want it set in an epic scene, if you just want a portrait of your character look at my other GIG. This is more suitable for book covers and projects
