Yes. I can restore your UK company, which will be restored as it was never dissolved from the Register of Companies. US LLCs could also be reinstated, which takes less time to reinstate than UK Companies depending on the State the Business is registered in.
How much time is required to Restore a UK Company?
Depending on the status and location it varies, e.g. it takes normally 1 to 2 days for US LLC to restore and it normally takes 25 to 30 days to reinstate a Company through a process provided by the Companies House in the UK. For the rest of the world as per the country's Corporate law. Please check.
What information is required to reinstate/restore my Company?
Initially, we require your Company name and number and afterward, we request you to authorize and sign us on your behalf to restore the company.
What compulsory charges are required to be paid?
Again, It depends on the country-specific Corporate Law Authorities' regulations. e.g. For US, it ranges from US$80 to US$200. For the UK the fee of £468 is the restoration fee. If a bona vacancia is desired it costs £68. A confirmation statement will also be filed that cost £62. NO PENALTY INCLUDED
