Not at all. I can guide you through everything step-by-step, whether you’re completely new or already running a station. My goal is to make your setup simple, efficient and easy to manage.
Is this a one-off service or ongoing support?
Both. I offer one-off setup and configuration as well as ongoing support and station management. We can tailor this based on your needs and how hands-on you’d like me to be.
Can you help improve how my station sounds, not just set things up?
Yes — and this is where most clients see the biggest value. I don’t just configure systems, I help improve scheduling, structure and overall output so your station sounds more professional and consistent.
Can you work with my presenters and team directly?
Yes — I can help onboard presenters, set them up for Voicetracking and ensure everyone is using the system correctly. This is typically included in higher-tier packages where we take a more hands-on approach.
