What is the process for designing the logo?
Its simple, just select your preferred package and place the order on gig. Once you are done with that you just answer few questions about your design requirement and its DONE.
What is 3D Mockup?
3D mockup is the 3D Rendering JPG File of your Flat Logo. it is a presentation of your flat logo which can be used for social Media sharing or web, it is not for printing purpose
What are the Source and Vector files and why do I need them?
The Source File (AI) is what I created to design your logo, this can be used if you'd like to make edits to the logo. The vector file (SVG) is a vector graphic and not pixels so this image can be made larger or smaller with no loss of quality. These are not included in the basic package.
Will I own the rights to my logo design?
Yes, with my logo design service full rights ownership is transferred to you automatically upon the approval of the design.
What is Stationery Designs and Social Media Kit?
Stationery designs are a collection of business card and letterhead designs that will unify your brand. The social media kit covers Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. It has a platform-friendly size and dimension.

I believe that this is not even close to the worth the money I spent I was trying to get a quality logo for my small business, I should have spent the extra money and went local I personally think he is just using ai and asking it to make prompts, I had to revise 4 times and it still isn’t what I wanted...

Total waste of time and money. Kept having to ask for the same things over and over again that were never delivered or met. I would avoid working with this designer as they just couldn't deliver what was asked of them.
