How long does delivery take?
Basic takes 1 days, Standard takes 3, and Premium takes 7. Outbound calling or heavy integrations can add a day or two. I confirm the exact timeline before I start.
What do I need to give you to start?
Admin access to your GoHighLevel sub account, your business hours, services, common caller questions, and booking rules. For Vapi or Retell builds, I also need access to that account.
Do I need my own GoHighLevel account?
Yes. GHL, Twilio, Vapi, and other platform subscriptions are paid by you directly and are not part of my price. I can guide you on which plan fits your setup.
Will the AI receptionist sound robotic?
No. I tune the voice, pace, and script until it sounds natural. You hear a live test call before I deliver, and you can ask for changes within your revisions.
Can it handle both inbound and outbound calls?
Inbound calls are included in Standard and Premium. Outbound calling, including lead callbacks and cold call flows, is part of Premium.
Will it book appointments into my calendar?
Yes. Bookings go straight into your GoHighLevel calendar and pipeline. Contacts are tagged automatically, so your team sees every lead and appointment in one place.
Can you connect Vapi, Retell, n8n, or Zapier?

Yes. An SMS or WhatsApp chatbot is included in Premium and available as an add on for Standard. It replies to leads instantly and passes serious buyers to your calendar.
How many revisions do I get?
Basic includes 1, Standard includes 2, and Premium includes 4. Script and flow changes count as revisions. New features or extra workflows are handled as a new order or add on.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake after delivery?
Premium includes 7 days of post launch tuning, where I fix script gaps and call handling issues. On other packages, I fix any bug in my build. New requests are a separate order.
