Q: What photos do I need to send of my walls?
A: Send clear, well-lit photos showing the entire wall and surrounding furniture. Include wall dimensions (height x width) - this is mandatory for proper recommendations.
Q: Do I need to provide wall and room dimensions?
A: YES - I will need room dimensions i.e. ceiling height, height from say a sofa to ceiling and width of wall space. These are mandatory for all services. I cannot properly assess and reco piece without knowing proper space size.
Q: Do you only recommend expensive art?.
A: Absolutely not! I provide options across all budgets and will ask for your price range upfront in questions. I source from everywhere - online prints to local galleries.
Q: What if I don’t like any of your suggestions?
A: My recommendations are based on professional design principles and your specific space requirements. All recommendations are final - I provide expert consultation, and the recommendations delivered are the final deliverable. You can add on if you want more choices
Q: Can you find art that matches specific colors in my room?
A: Yes! Send photos of your furniture, rugs, or paint colors and I’ll find pieces that complement your existing palette perfectly.
Q: How do I know what size art to order?
A: I provide suggested dimensions in my recommendations (e.g., “36 x 48 inches”). I attempt to take all the guesswork out of sizing. I acknowledge you may like something that is larger or smaller than ideal for a space and I support you in that in order to have an artwork you love in your home.
Q: Do you provide framing advice?
A: Yes! This will need to be an add on service. I can help you with frame ideas and recommend frame styles that work with your decor.
Q: Can you work with really small budgets?
A: Yes! I can find great options for limited budgets. Just be honest about your budget so I can set proper expectations and attempt to find the perfect artwork for your needs.
Q: What if my room has weird dimensions or obstacles?
A: I love challenging spaces! Send detailed photos and measurements of any obstacles (windows, switches, furniture) and I’ll work around them.
Q: Do you source from specific websites only?
A: I source from everywhere - Artsy, Etsy, Saatchi Art, local galleries, vintage shops, artist direct sales, and major retailers. I find the best art regardless of source.
