What information you need to provide for logo?
- Information about your business - Company name (Which one you want to add in logo) - Any color which one you like - If you have any sample / sketch which one you like
What is the turn around time for every revision?
For BASIC package order, it is 24 to 48 hrs. For STANDARD and PREMIUM package, it is less than 24 hrs.
What is included in basic gig ?
The basic gig includes a 1-star-up logo for the same business name. The basic logo includes a simple and silhouette style of design.
How Premium Package is Beneficial?
I will design 3 top-notch Quality logo variations + brand guide mini and source and vector files. It will also include Social Media Design, and stationery design symmetrical to the finalized logo which will brand your business excellently along with TOP Priority Support and Quick Turnaround time.
What does Stationary design and Social Media Kit includes?
Stationary design is a set of Business card and Letterhead design. Envelop designs can be added if needed too. Social Media Kit: It will include 5 Social media covers which will feature your logo with a hint of design on the banners that can be placed across different social media platforms.
What if my order gets autocompleted by the Fiverr?
there is nothing to worry about here. If the Fiverr marks the order complete automatically, you can contact us in the Fiverr inbox and we will assist you further from there.
Can I ask for redesigning if I do not like the logo?
Yes, you can always ask for total redesigning. If we have served you already as per the information shared by you it is chargeable but if we have served you completely wrong, we will redesign it.
What does 2/3 Logo Design Concept mean?
According to the package selected, it will include 2/3 unique designs for the same Brand/Company/Business/Name so that the buyer can have a choice. If you have two or three different brands/names, kindly order multiple gigs respectively.
