I will build a tradingview webhook trading bot in python for moomoo and more
About this Gig
Turn your TradingView alerts into broker orders automatically, with a lightweight Python bot you own.
I deliver a terminal-based Python bot that receives TradingView webhook alerts and places the order with your broker. Moomoo/Futu cannot take webhooks directly, so the bot bridges it through OpenD or an API. Any other broker with an API can be added as an adapter.
WHAT YOU GET
- Full Python source code, no monthly fees
- Secure webhook receiver (secret key + TradingView IP allow-list)
- Adapters: moomoo/Futu, Alpaca, Interactive Brokers, Tradier, Binance/Bybit and similar
- Paper-trading mode ON by default
- Risk guards: max size, symbol allow-list, duplicate filter, rate limit
- Trade log + optional Telegram notifications
- Setup guide for Windows, Mac, Linux, or a VPS
BUILT FOR TRADINGVIEW LIMITS
Replies inside TradingView's 3-second webhook timeout and runs over HTTPS (port 443).
GOOD TO KNOW

FAQ
Do you provide trading signals or a strategy?
No. You bring your own TradingView strategy or alerts. I build the software that carries them to your broker for auto-trading.
Does moomoo/Futu support TradingView webhooks?
Not directly. TradingView sends the alert to this bot, and the bot places the order through Moomoo's OpenD gateway and API. OpenD must be running and logged in on your PC or VPS.
What do I need on TradingView?
A plan that includes webhook alerts, with two-factor authentication turned on. Plan names change, so check TradingView's pricing page. Webhooks are not available on the free plan.
Can I test without risking real money?
Yes. Paper (simulated) mode is on by default. Live trading only starts after you change a setting in the config file yourself.
Does the bot need to run all the time?
Yes, it must be online when alerts fire. It can run on your PC or on a small VPS. I can help set up the VPS in the Pro and Complete packages.
Do you need my broker password or API keys?
No. You enter your own credentials in a local config file on your machine. Never send passwords or keys in chat. On setup calls, you type them yourself.
What if an alert fails or my internet drops?
Every alert and result is logged. TradingView doesn't guarantee delivery, so also check its alert log. The bot can message you on Telegram when an order is rejected.
