What file type should I send?
Please send your manuscript as a .doc or .docx file whenever possible.
Should my manuscript already be edited?
Yes. Manuscripts should be fully edited or near-final before formatting begins. The proofing stage is intended for formatting review, not major manuscript rewrites.
Do you provide editing or proofreading?
No. This gig is specifically for formatting services. Minor formatting corrections and revisions are included, but editing and proofreading are not part of this service.
What formats will I receive?
Depending on your package and project needs, you may receive EPUB and print-ready PDF files.
Do you check the formatting before delivery?
Yes. EPUB files are reviewed on a Kindle/e-reader device, and PDFs are reviewed before delivery to help ensure formatting consistency and readability.
Can you include graphics, maps, or book covers inside the book?
Yes. Additional graphics and imagery can be added through available add-ons. Clients must own or have permission to use all provided images and graphics.
What if my manuscript exceeds the package word count?
