What do I need to provide?
Please send me your script if you have one (you can order one at an extra gig), information about your Business contact details, and any logo or image you want to include (optional).
Can we use my own voiceover?
If you want to use voiceover, please attach it when you order, otherwise, I will add a professional voiceover recording, generated with AI.
Do I have copyrights to the video?
Completely. You are free to use it anywhere you want. The background music will be attributed at the video's end in a brief scene. I can also use royalty-free background music without attribution but the selection is more limited. Let me know if you don’t want music credits at the end of the video.
Is it possible to request my own custom characters?
I have access to endless characters and I will do my best to match my characters to your goals. If you want your own custom characters from scratch, my gig might not be the best option for you.
Can you create a video in other languages than English?
Yes, I’m proficient in English and Spanish. I also have a good understanding of French, German and Portuguese; therefore I can make videos in these languages. Note that as a copywriter, I can only compromise to English and Spanish video scripts if you order them.
What is included in the revisions?
These revisions include: changes to the background music, voiceover voice type, copy/text shown on videos, background scenes, and dimensions/sizing of characters. Changes to the character type are not included since this means redoing the whole video. When ordering, specify what you want/don't want.
What is not included in the revisions?
Restructuring the order of scenes to match a new narrative; that requires redoing the whole video, therefore it is not included in revisions. If you need this type of change, please order the extra revision gig. Change in the character type means redoing the whole video.
Other than business explainer videos, can you use this gig to tell stories?
Absolutely! As a published author, I have great experience with creativity and storytelling. If your story length is longer than 90 seconds, please contact me for a custom package.
