I will help you integrate trauma and stress hindering your fullness

I provide deep integration sessions, called "Inner Child Integration Sessions" where we will both unpack different components of trauma stemming from your current struggle. These involve repressed emotions, hidden limiting beliefs, and symbolic meanings, behind current struggles, patterns that repeat in your life (relationship, self-esteem, body issues, work, family and health), physical ailments, and recurring themes that seem to be blocking you or keeping you in a loop in life.

During our session you will be able to validate past stories, gain new insights about the roots of your struggle and have new vision, regarding a recurring block, what your emotions or body has been trying to tell you. We work heavily on clearing the unconscious mind which is where most of trauma is hidden and keeping us from expressing ourselves in authenticity and emotional freedom. #innerchild
