What is Health Coaching?
Health Coaching is a collaboration between us to work on health-related issues via discussions. Through these discussion sessions, we will explore your motivation, desire, and willpower to help you achieve those goals.
What is the time commitment?
I am fully committed to helping you in your health journey. I ask for you to do the same in committing yourself to the time we set upon. And commit yourself to work on your challenges.
How often will we meet?
All sessions will be conducted via Zoom. We should aim to have ONE meeting weekly to work on the issues you face in reaching your goals.
Do I need any prior experience?
I'd love to listen to the prior experience you had. As it can help us find out more about you, in order to help your situation.
