Do you have any coaching qualifications?
Yes, I am an NLP certified practitioner so my coaching follows a neuro (brain) science-based approach. I am also Hogan certified.
How long have you been coaching for?
I have been coaching a wide range of individuals from entry level up to C-Suite over 10+ years, both within a formal organisational setting and externally.
Where are you based?
I am based in the UK but offer virtual coaching globally, time zones permitting. If you are outside of the UK and would like to enquire into coaching sessions with me, please contact me.

How long are your coaching sessions?
The Basic Package is 30 minutes. The Standard package is 60 minutes, whilst the Premium package includes three 60 minute coaching sessions.
What days can I book my sessions for?
Once you purchase one of my coaching packages you will get access to my coaching booking system where you'll be able to select the dates and times that work for you. I recommend weekly intervals so that we can quickly build mometum and make progress, but you can choose a frequency that works for you
What technology do you use for coaching sessions?
I use Zoom for all coaching sessions.
Do you have experience in recruitment?
Yes. I have worked in HR for over 17 years and during that time recruited and hired for various roles from entry level through to C-Suite level globally.
What makes you qualified to give me career coaching?
I have 17+ years experience in HR and during that time have navigated multiple career changes, from Banking to Management Consulting as well as started small businesses. I have taken 2 periods of maternity leave and accelerated my career on my return. I am also a certificated NLP practitioner.
How can I get the most from my coaching session?
Find a space or area for the session that is quiet and distraction-free. Make yourself comfortable and get yourself set up with a notebook or some paper and a pen to write down any notes you might want to make during the session.
