I will do professional 3d interior and exterior rendering services for buildings

I mainly use SketchUp, Revit, Autocad, Vray, Lumion, Photoshop, After Effects, and Filmora.

You need to send me: Architectural plans in .dwg format - A list of the materials like tiles, flooring, types or colours of wood, gardens, etc. that you want in your rendering - Please talk to me about your ideas to implement. Do you have 2D Floor plan files, 3D files with Sketchup, AutoCAD?

I'll send you the final renderings in JPEG and TIFF format. The sizes are up to 5000 pixels wide, depending on the package you choose. Big enough to print for a billboards ad (average-sized).

The clients usually send me a couple of images to reference how they want the decoration to be done. I use those images to add furniture and objects to the scene, and they revise them and approve them during the Revision step.

If you have a previous modelled scene or a floor plan, I can receive it (Just as a Reference). However, the architectural plans in .dwg or pdf format are still needed because we always model from scratch every project.

You can accept the offer and then just have to wait for me to deliver orders. 4. You can request revisions if needed. 5. Once satisfied with the work, you complete the order.

I offer 2 revisions in each order unless stated otherwise before the order. Each revision will cover 15 minutes of work per revision. Revisions exceeding that will be chargeable at 10$ for every 15-20 minutes of work.
