How often should I expect to hear from you if I buy this project?
I believe clear communication is key to a successful project. Expect updates from me at two major approval points: When the initial Storyboard/Concept is ready for your approval. When the First Draft of the animation is delivered for your review.
Do you use templates for your animations?
Absolutely not. Every animation I create is 100% custom-built from scratch to match your specific brand identity and vision. My process involves developing a unique concept for your logo, ensuring the final product is one-of-a-kind.
Can you provide a version with a transparent background?
Yes, absolutely. In addition to the standard MP4 file, I always provide a version with a transparent background (typically a .mov file). This allows you to easily overlay your animation on top of any video or image content (Some FX may be removed).
What if I need more revisions than my package includes?
No problem! Each package comes with a set number of revisions. If you find you need additional changes, you can always purchase an "Additional Revision" add-on. My goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with the final result.
