In the 1990's I did some of the research, some of the script writing, and some of the audio recording (on cassettes) for a series of nonfiction audio documents that summarized news stories for people with visual impairment. I can still send and receive cassettes via real mail; I now also have a cheap device that records audio documents in digital form. You get a low female voice with a tendency to favor US pronunciations unless you've specified UK, but clear enough diction to be misclassified as UK. I don't have a real studio, can't guarantee a single unbroken audio file of any length, and require time to arrange to record in a place free from background noise.

FAQ
Can you provide a British accent?
I've learned BBC; British friends generally seem to prefer my Middle Atlantic accent.
