Zen 101 is perfect for first time meditators or anyone who is revisiting meditation after a break. This is a 20 minute session, which includes 10 minutes of conversation and Q&A, followed by a 10-minute time of quiet when I will gently guide you to relax and quiet your mind and body.
This is a 30-minute session where you are invited to share barriers to meditation & we will discover an intention or mantra that serves you. I will then guide you in a 15-minute meditation where you will release all tension within the body to come to a relaxed state of mind.
Looking for a quick master class on improving your meditation practice? This 45-minute session will give you a personalized approach to improving your daily home practice and guidance for bringing the benefits of meditation into your daily life. A 15-minute guided meditation will conclude our time.
An open mind and a few minutes set aside. That's it. No fancy gizmos or products are required. If you want to prepare your space for ultimate relaxation, I recommend cleaning up as if a new friend was visiting. You may wish to light a candle or incense and grab your favorite pillow or blanket
