About This Gig

I will provide a text/email based write up providing a detailed workout for a specific muscle group and primary goal. 

These include:
-Chest / Deltoids / Triceps / Biceps
-Back / Trapezius / Forearms
-Hamstrings / Quadriceps / Calves / Glutes

You tell me what muscle groups you want a workout for, and your primary goal (hypertrophy, powerlifting, strength endurance, etc.) and I will provide an in-depth workout based on your requirements, ability and training experience. 


Tier 1 is a 1 time, 2 week training plan
Tier 2 is a 2 week training plan with revision after week 1, based on performance. 
Tier 3 is a 2 week training program with revision after week 1, collaboration with you, and advice for continuing to weeks 3 and 4.

My experience? I have a B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience and a Master's In Exercise and Nutrition Science. I also have the Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification through the NSCA in addition to nearly 12 years of resistance training experience.
