I will provide a text/email based consultation by giving advice for beginning to workout and starting a healthy nutrition program based on your specific goals. You provide me with information regarding your current weight, training experience and nutritional habits and I will provide a 1-2 page write up with advice in all of the aforementioned areas, personalized to your goal(s). 

You tell me your experience and goals. I provide a detailed explanation of which direction to take and why. 

My experience? I have a B.S. in Behavioral Neuroscience and a Master's In Exercise and Nutrition Science. I also have the Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification through the NSCA in addition to nearly 12 years of resistance training experience.

  • Do you offer personalized training programs?
    Yes. The training programs I offer come in various forms from a one week, one time workout plan to monthly dynamic training programs based on performance and ability.
  • Do you have certifications?
    Yes, I have a Master's in Exercise and Nutrition Science and the Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
  • Do you offer nutritional plans?
    No. I am not qualified to do so. I will however provide nutritional guidance as that was a primary area of study of mine in graduate school and independently.
  • Do you even lift?
    Yes. In fact my big 3 total is 1305 (430 squat, 340 bench and 535 deadlift). --> Non Sanctioned.
