My Pipeline to create 3D Character for Games:

 1. Verbal description
 2. Concept
 3. Modeling / sculpt common forms of high poly model (HiPoly)
 4. Retopologiyu HiPoly model (creation HiPoly finishing geometry for detail)
 5. Detailing HiPoly model
 6. Retopologiyu HiPoly models (low poly game creation (LowPoly), and that goes directly into the engine)
 7. Scan LowPoly (creation of texture coordinates)
 8. Cards Baking: normal, ambient occlusion, color map (transfer of information on HiPoly LowPoly)
 9. Create textures: Diffuse, Specular, Gloss, Normal
10. Render in the engine
11. Rig and the skin of the character (skeleton snap to grid and snap the bones)
12. Animation

Rigging and their corresponding character animation would be done on demand, depending on the complexity of the model.

The cost of each model can be different depending on its complexity and deadlines.
