Do I need to purchase usage rights?
Yes, a license is required for any use. As a professional, every recording comes with a specific license that legally protects both me and your brand.
What are "Commercial Rights" and do I need them for Internal Use?
YES. Commercial Rights are mandatory for any business-related content. This includes internal presentations, training videos, or company meetings. If the audio is used for a brand, company, or organization, this license is required.
Why do I have to pay for "Internal Use"?
Because you are hiring a professional with 40 years of experience and broadcast-quality equipment. The license fee covers the business value and the right to use my voice within your organization. There is no "free" or "private" price for corporate work.
What if my video is only for my YouTube channel or Social Media?
Even if it's not a paid ad, if it promotes a service, a brand, or a person, it requires Commercial Rights. For paid promotions (Sponsorizzate), you must select Web ADS Rights.
When are Digital Media Rights?
Necessary for all forms of online paid advertising (YouTube Ads, Facebook/Instagram/TikTok Ads, Spotify Ads, etc.).
What is included in "Full Market Rights"?
This is my best value license. It includes Web ADS Rights (for paid social media and YouTube advertising) plus usage for TV, Radio, Cinema, and On-Demand platforms at a local or regional level.
When do I need "National Broadcast" Rights?
For broadcasting on national TV/Radio networks and on-demand platforms (Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.) for a duration of 1 year.
What is "Extra Fast Delivery"?
This is a priority service that puts your order at the top of my production queue. Typically, "Extra Fast Delivery" orders are delivered within 24 hours or less.
Can you sync the voiceover to an existing video?
Yes, I can perfectly sync my narration to the timing of your video. Please make sure to select the "Timed Audio Sync" extra when placing your order.
