Should I contact you before placing my order?
Yes, please do! Discussing your project beforehand will be helpful to the creative process as well as the timeline.
What exactly will I get from the Basic package?
You'll receive one logo concept and three revisions. 100% satisfaction guaranteed. On acceptance, I will supply the vector source files (Ai, EPS, ) + JPG & PNG, Colour Guide
And what exactly will I get from the Standard package?
You'll get the same as you would from the Basic package, with the addition of a Social Media Kit - Etsy, FB, Insta, Link, Pin, Twit, Youtube profile and banner.
And what exactly will I get from the Premium package?
By purchasing the Premium package you'll get the same as the Basic package plus a Brand Style Guide, a document detailing all elements and features related to the chosen logo -color scheme, fonts, measures and proportions, right usage, patterns, etc.
And what about revisions? What are they and what do they mean?
A revision means a minor modification on the selected logo concept -some small detail, color, sizing, etc., anything that doesn't mean redesigning the concept from scratch. There are up to 3 instances of revision included on every package, each an opportunity to request one or more small changes.
Do I have to ask for revisions?
Asking for revisions is not mandatory. You'll be hiring a professional, so you'll get original, harmonious and effective logos created with your target clients and your brand values in mind. You'll get logos that work. Keep in mind that further modifications may affect the performance of the logo.
