I will perform a distant reiki session

Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing system. The work Reiki, (pronounced "ray key") means "universal light force".
Distant Reiki is accessed through the use of symbols to create a connection between you and I. Once the contact is made energetically, Reiki may be sent over any distance to facilitate the healing needed in that moment. The Universal Life Force Energy (that is within every living being) flows through me to you to help release blockages, returning the body back to it's natural state of balance. Reiki is a gentle, relaxing, and effective energy that has the potential to help the client heal emotionally, mentally, and/or physically. 
During a distant reiki session, you may feel sensations, changes in temperature, and occasionally altered states of being. Always pay attention to your thoughts, any feelings that arise, anything you may see in your minds eye, and any running stories that may start in your head. All of these can be tools into your healing process.
