Well, hi there,
Welcome to my page. Please feel free to come on in. And while you're here, allow me to introduce myself.
My name is Tamaru and I'm a storyteller and writer at heart. I have 3 years of blog writing experience along with my years of personal writing of poems, novels, and now blog posts on mental health and self-care.
And with that, I've grown to have a built-in mindset of editing and proofreading which tends to leak out into everything I read.
FAQ
Should I contact you before placing my order?
Yes. It is important that I know your specific needs before I can get started on work for your Instagram page. That way we can discuss your needs in detail. This opens up a dialogue that will continue throughout and after the process is completed.
Can I review the post/content before it's posted?
Yes. My job is to make sure you get the best out of the content I create for you. I will draft a post/batch of posts & send them to you for review & revisions before posting to your page. However, there's a 1-day turnaround on your part to respond. If there's none it will be posted as scheduled.
Does my business really need to have a social media presence?
In today's age, if you're not on social media, you're missing out on potential followers & customers. Building your brand on Instagram can be very beneficial to putting your business in front of billions of users and growing your brand.
I'm new to Instagram. Can you assist me with creating my page?
I definitely can. Whether you just started your page or haven't created one yet, I can assist you and walk you through the process of setting up your own Instagram page. It is included in all three packages as a service.
What is your security policy for my personal information?
I believe in security. Therefore, I can assure you that once you give me permission to log in to your account, it will be securely locked away until the order is complete. I don't save photos, or written passwords on my devices. And once completed, I permanently delete all info & never log in again.
Do you manage other forms of social media?
At the moment, I focus on Instagram but I have some experience managing Twitter accounts as well.
I have a brand that I want customize content for. Are you able to help me?
Yes! I have experience using both Photoshop & Canva and will be more than happy to come up with some ideas for your brand. We can also work on a social media kit for your brand that can be used across platforms.
