I'm Will from Pro Voice Guys Studios and I want to help your podcast sound great!
1-on-1 video meetings are now available via add-on.
I will listen to your podcast, identify issues, and offer you concrete recommendations to sound better on your next episode.
Some of the issues that I will listen for are:
- Equalization - Does your podcast sound too "tinny" or "muddy?"
- Mixing - It is important that everything is mixed together well to avoid sound issues
- Editing - Most podcasters aren't trained in audio editing so edits don't sound as good as they could.
- Encoding - Problems with sample rate and bitrate can cause all sorts of problems.
- Microphone - Getting your microphone in the right place can make a huge difference. Sometimes a new mic, even an inexpensive one, can completely change the sound of your show.
- Noise/Acoustical - Poor room acoustics and ambient noise can reduce the quality of your sound. Fortunately, there are some things you can do to make it sound better.
I will share my findings with you in language you can understand even if you are not an expert. I will also give you concrete steps to fix the issues I find.

What do you know about podcasting?
I have been professionally producing audio for 25 years. I am also the host of the Pro Voice Guy Podcast: The Podcast about Podcasts. The show focuses on the technical aspects of podcasting.
How much of my show will you listen to?
The short answer is, "As much as I need to." Sometimes, I can hear the biggest issues of a podcast in just a couple of minutes. The better the quality of the podcast, the more I need to listen to see if there are any issues that pop up during the episode.
What if I need more help?
I love to help. If, after the review and recommendations, you still need more guidance, I will be happy to set up a custom gig where we can go into more detail. I now also offer 1-on-1 help via video conference. If you want me to, I can even view your screen if you want me to see something.
What if I don't like the review?
Criticism can be hard to take. However, I have a lot of experience in sharing constructive feedback. Even is your podcast is a mess, I am thrilled that you are doing it. Of course, if you feel like the review is not helpful, I will offer you a refund.
