Do you work on weekends?
No, I do not. Weekends are family time :) My custom orders will reflect that. I will probably reply to your messages, however, it is very unlikely that I will be working on your project on weekends.
Why should I contact you before making any order request?
So I can understand your requirements better and tell you which package fits your needs and will create a custom order if necessary.
How should the screenshots I want to send you look like?
If you want to send me a screenshot, make sure your whole chart is visible. I need to see the ticker id, exchange, timeframe and date/time so I can find that exact candle on my chart and analyze your requirements better.
Do you provide any ready-to-use strategies?
No, I do not provide any ready-to-use strategies. I only implement your idea and that's it.
Do you use, share or publish my script?
No, I don't even test it if you don't specifically ask for it. All rights belong to you and you can do whatever you want to do with it.
I approved your delivery but need a minor change now. Can you do it?
Don't worry. If your change request is something that will now take too much of my time, I will do it for free. If it is something requires my time, you need to ask for a revision. Contact me and I will guide you on how to proceed.
I found a bug after a while. Now what?
Don't worry. If you find a bug, just tell me and I will fix it free of charge.
How can I add the script to my chart?
I will send you a document which explains how to add a custom script to your chart, if you already don't know how to do it.
