Once purchased, how do I book an appointment?
I will send you my Calendly link that allows you to schedule a session at a time that fits both our schedules - no matter the timezone.
Where will the session take place?
It's best to see each other face to face via Zoom or Google Meet to get the most out of our time together. However, you can also choose to talk with me via WhatsApp or Signal. My mobile phone number will be revealed to you once you have scheduled a session with me.
What can I expect from the Basic package?
Our 1st 1h discovery call is to get to know each other and evaluate a good fit for future sessions. Naturally, we’ll discuss your most pressing challenges! The goal is to get you unstuck and touch on action points for our next session where I will share tools to set up and measure your progress.
What can I expect from the Standard package?
We'll discover and discuss your challenges, priorities and goals. We'll share tools to track your efforts. After each week, you'll send me a video of yourself reviewing your week and I'll reply with another video. Please book an intro call for more information.
What can I expect from the Premium package?
If you are REALLY serious about becoming the peak version of yourself and/or achieving a challenging goal, then this is the only real choice for you. With this, you become a premium client - a priority client.
How do the sessions work?
Coaches are like time machines. My life-long experience allows me to adapt to your most pressing challenges, questions, and needs to help you reach your goals faster. We’ll discuss strengths, weaknesses and pinpoint habit changes and improve on efficiencies and performance in business and life!
How will you hold me accountable and how do we measure progress?
I will share several tools with you, that I'll introduce to you in our sessions, on which we will both interact with, to take action, move things forward and measure progress. I will also suggest books, podcasts and blogs to further your growth, reduce stress and anxiety, and gain overall balance.
Will I need anything to prepare for our session?
Remember, your coach can be your time machine, but taking time in between sessions, to work on changes, tasks and yourself, will be crucial to your success.

What happens if I booked a session and can't make it to the appointment?
If you schedule your session and are a "No Show", I will need to count this gig as delivered, since I prepare for our sessions and my time slot will be lost.
