Do I need to purchase Commercial/Broadcast rights?
Almost all of my clients need to purchase at least commercial rights. Unless you do not intend to post the voice over anywhere, you must purchase commercial rights. If you intend to broadcast the voice over on a paid marketing channel, you must purchase full broadcast rights.
