How do I send larger files or upload files to you?
Please upload the file(s) to any cloud storage platform like Dropbox, Googledrive, one drive, WeTransfer, etc. Copy and paste the link into our chat or order page. If unsure of how to go about that, contact me for a simple guide.
What file format do you provide on the final transcript?
File is usually delivered Msword format (doc., Docx) If you prefer a different format please free to let me know
What is your speaker limit
1 speaker, But if in the Audio or Video and it has more speakers, please extra charges will be applied.
what type of transcription service do you provide?
I do intelligent transcription by default, the result of this transcript is straight forward. If you prefer a verbatim type ( with the umm, hem, yeap, in the final transcript) please indicate when you place your order or contact me.
What format do you accept ?
All format. But please indicate it would do us a lot of good.
Do you provide closed captioned and Subtitles services?
Yes, I offer files in SRT and Txt formats for subtitles service but contact me first for a custom offer.
How do you handle confidential recordings or files
I use an NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) We can exchange digitally signed NDA's regarding that
How many hours of recording can you transcribe and deliver in 24 hours
Up to 300minutes lengths of recordings can be transcribed and delivered within 24 hrs from contract commission. Just enter the number of minutes in the order box and reach out for a custom offer.
The length of my file is not specified in any of the three packages, what do I do?
No problem at all, send me a message and let's discuss your file length and/or budget, am sure we can work something out.
