FAQ
Is the ad budget included in the price?
No. The package price covers setup and management. Your ad budget is paid by you directly to Meta inside your own ad account, and you decide how much. We tell you what makes sense for your goal before anything spends.
What budget do I need to start?
$10 to $20 a day is enough for a first test on one campaign. For a shop that wants real sales data within two weeks, plan $30 to $50 a day. Below $10 a day Meta cannot learn, and we say so rather than taking the order.
Do you work in my account or yours?
In yours, always. You invite us to your Meta Business Manager after ordering. Pixel, audiences and campaign history stay with you when the order ends, and you see everything we do.
I have no Business Manager or ad account yet, can you still help?
Yes. We set it up with you inside the order, it takes a few minutes with our step by step guide. Just tell us in the requirements and we start there.
Do you create the ad images and videos?
Not in the package. We write the copy and build the ads from your material. If you have nothing yet, add Ad content creation for static creatives or the Video Ads Pack for 3 vertical videos cut from your footage.
Can you guarantee sales or a certain ROAS?
No, and nobody honest can. Results depend on your offer, your creatives, your website and your budget. What we guarantee is a clean structure, verified tracking and decisions based on data, not on guesses.
What happens in the first week?
Nothing, on purpose. Meta needs the first days to learn who converts. Changing budgets or audiences early resets that learning. From week two we cut what loses and scale what wins.
How do you report?
On Basic you get a final report after 7 days. On Standard and Premium a weekly update in plain language: what ran, what it cost, what came back, what we change next. No dashboards you need a course for.
Which industries do you work with?
E-commerce, coaching and courses, local services, lead generation and events. Housing, credit, employment and politics fall under Meta's special ad categories with limited targeting, we tell you up front what is possible.
Can we have a call?
Everything runs in writing here on Fiverr, that keeps every decision documented. If you want to go through your account live, add the Ads Coaching extra, a 60 minute session on Fiverr Zoom with recording.
