Are you qualified as an accountant
I am an exams qualified ACCA & ICAEW accountant, I am still completing the practical elements of my training and so I have not been signed off to act as a public accountant or sign off accounts.
Do you offer ongoing service
I offer ongoing services for clients to manage their accounts as well as draft final accounts
Do you offer discounts for smaller businesses
I offer discounts for businesses with a load of transactions that fall below 40 to 60 transactions per calendar month. Do inbox to discuss special needs
Are the financial reports signed
No my reports are not accountant signed as I am not a public accountant, I cannot sign off your accounts. However, for small businesses, you are not required to generate public accountant signed reports (please refer to your local law applicable). Directors have ultimate responsibility for accounts
Do your reports include directors reports
I am able to add the various elements of a financial report to the report as desired, including directors statements, note to accounts preparation, statement of principal activities, accounting policies, etc
Do you offer filings services
Yes I offer filing services with the UK Companies House and the HMRC. I am unable to offer filing services in jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom and the directors will be responsible for ultimately filing the accounts with the relevant authorities.
Do you generate VAT and Tax Reports
I am able to add a VAT or Corporate Tax report as required. Do inbox to discuss this further requirement
What accounting software do you use:
I am certified with Xero, Sage One, KashFlow, Sage Line 50, Capium & Quickbooks Online. I am a versatile with accounting systems & will easily adapt to any package you may be currently using. I am also comfortable with most free invoicing and payments recording packages.
Do you offer software subscriptions
Being certified with Xero, Quickbooks Online and Sage One allows me to offer discounted packages to customers through the vendor accountant packages. Do inbox to discuss your requirements if you need to set up a package with any of these system providers.
