What is your January special?
We're running a promotion just for the month of January, giving all clients 50% off their first order with UC Media. This applies to any package on our site for videos UP TO 5 MINUTES. Please message us if you have any questions.
When will the video be ready?
Generally within 14 days depending on the complexity of the project. We do our best to get videos back as quickly as possible. The videos will always be delivered by the due date.
What do you need from me to get started?
Once you've placed an order, we have specific questions. It is important you answer all of the questions so we can deliver a great video. Some requirements include: direction on accent, background, outfit, & any additional information or visual assets to add to the video.
What accents do you do?
I speak in my native British accent (English), I also have a flawless American accent and an Australian accent. Please select ONE accent for the video.
Are you available?
Yes! The only time we are not available is when the account is set to vacation mode. Feel free to message me to check my long-term availability or if you are looking for a video made in a few weeks.
Do you offer an edited video?
Yes. We offer a SIMPLE video in which the script is read in an engaging, authentic way, this includes no editing and is great if you have an in-house editing team. The PLUS and COMPLETE include an EDITED video with all the bells and whistles.
How do I order?
Enter the word count of your script in the "number of words" box on our gig profile. Chose the SIMPLE package if you do not want any editing, or the PLUS or COMPLETE package if you want an edited video. If you need a script as well, send us a message!
Can I see examples of your work?
Absolutely. Please check out my portfolio below, which includes of few of the many videos we've produced. Or you can see more on our website: www.ucmedia.video If you'd like to see videos related to a specific industry, please send us a message.
Do I need a license?
If you wish to promote this video on TV, streaming TV, or use it in an app, product, film, documentary, live show or for an experience like VR, you do need a license. PLEASE MESSAGE US TO DISCUSS before ordering.
Do you do revisions?
We will always correct any mistake we make for free. When you order an edited video we will also make any revisions to the edit. We do not offer free reshoots which is why it is very important to fill out the gig requirements completely and proofread the script if you are providing one.
