I'm a full-time Creative Writing student at a performing arts high school. I have a strong passion for writing and love to help others with their stories.

Why should I trust a teen that has no formal editing training?
Editing is not about how much you study or whether you've been to college, it's about knowing how to read good writing. I pride myself on that and will only provide the best services for your Young Adult work. The reason I picked YA literature is that I am that young adult you're marketing to.
What if my word count is over?
It ain't nothing but a thing! Don't worry if it's a bit over, in my opinion, writing has no limits so if your short story is over 5000 words just send it to me, I won't deny it. I'll give you like a 1000 word buffer.
What genres do you edit?
All of them! So long as it has a young adult focus, I'll do any genre.
How do you know how to do this?
I'm a staff editor on my school's literary journal. I'm also a critique partner to several people. I'm an avid reader and I love to write!
How will you send me my piece?
Google Docs all the way! I primarily work out of Google Docs, but I could transfer it as a word file or even a text file. Google doc is preferred though, and that's what I will send it as unless you specify otherwise.
How will you edit my piece?
I am a firm believer in not editing all over someone's work, so I will leave comments in a google doc or word document. With these comments, they can be accepted or rejected.
Why are you doing this?
I love writing. I love editing. It's my passion and I want to do it forever. Even more so, I love seeing people's stories change and grow. I love being a part of that journey.
