You can share your AdWord account Customer ID (10 digits Numeric) with me, I will request the access to your account, Once you approve the request I will have the access. Please do NOT share your own UID and Password. (Sharing mail is against Fiverr policy).

If that’s the case we should start with Generic campaigns first to generate some data and Brand visibility and then we can begin to activate the structure. Initially we will start with a low daily budget and when the results begin to come in, we will add budget accordingly.
