What is your process?
Upon receipt of your order and materials, I will confirm that I have received them and ask any clarifying questions that may help me deliver EXACTLY what you have in mind
When can I expect delivery?
I deliver all work on time or early. Standard delivery with no extras selected is within 48 hours.
Do I need to check with you before I place my order?
No, you are welcome to order at any time. No need to check with me first. My rates and delivery times are outlined on my gig page. Of course, you can always message me with any questions or special requests or special orders Let's get started!
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, My goal is your complete satisfaction. If I make a mistake, I make revisions for free. If YOU make a mistake or change the script, I will do 1 revision at no charge. After that, and after the voice over has already been delivered, there will be an additional charge for more revisions.
What are "Commercial Rights"?
If your message is for personal, freelancing, or non-profit use, you do NOT need them when you work with me. Regularly though, If you intend to use the voice over for business-related purposes, you will need to purchase the Commercial Rights gig extra, please
What are "Broadcast Rights"?
f you intend to broadcast the voice over message in paid-marketing commercials on the internet, radio, or TV, then the Full Broadcast Rights gig extra must be purchased, please
What is your Gig Extra "Script Enhancement" mean?
Short of a complete re-write, Script Enhancement is where I review and edit your script for the best tone, clarity, word selection, logical flow, and sound. I will do this multiple times, if necessary, for FREE

Yes! My "Proofreading" gig extra is just the thing to polish up your script for maximum impact and clarity
