I will be your self help life coach

This coaching is a 1-to-1 personal talk on the weekend. We will get deeper than "here's the solution to your problems." The talks will go deep, they will go into your past, how the past is shaping your future, your mental health and its consequences, your habits and theirs, etc. For all the packages, I will personally formulate an action plan for you where I will outline the steps necessary to move forward. This action plan will include a personalized habit tracker, recommended reading list, and relatable, specific advice.

Fiverr has a built-in Video Chat system that we will use. Their text features will also be used for the premium plans (for daily accountability texts)
