When will I receive my completed order?
My goal is to deliver sooner than the agreed deadline. The LATEST you will receive your order is ON TIME. Please see package and gig extra info for exact timing
Do I have to pay extra for any Commercial or Broadcast rights or licensing?
No. When you work with me on this gig all rights are included and granted to you in perpetuity
Do you charge extra for added file types?
No, all packages include BOTH mp3 and .wav files for your use
Do I need to message you before I place my order?
No, you are welcome to order at any time. No need to check with me first. My rates and delivery times are outlined on my gig page. Let's get started! However, If you have any questions or special requests feel free to contact me at any time
What is your process?
Upon receipt of your order and materials, I will confirm that I have received them and ask any clarifying questions that may help me deliver EXACTLY what you have in mind. Then, production begins. I will always make sure I understand what you want and then deliver it EXACTLY
What about media buying or ad placement tips?
I can provide media buying recommendations at no additional charge. I have sold and purchased millions of dollars of radio, cable TV and broadcast TV media schedules and know some great tips to minimize your expense and maximize your results and would be happy to share as part of your project
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, If I make a mistake on my end, I will make revisions for free. If YOU make a mistake or change the script, I do 1 revision at no charge. I will make FREE revisions when it comes to timing or tone or getting the sound EXACTLY how you want it. Added "script change" revisions are a gig extra.
