FAQ
Do I need to give you my admin password?
Yes — WordPress admin access (Administrator role) and sometimes hosting/cPanel, depending on the issue. You can revoke access the moment the order is complete. For sensitive sites I can work from a staging copy.
What if the fix doesn't work?
You get free revisions until that specific issue is resolved. If a bug turns out to be caused by something completely different than what we agreed on, I'll tell you honestly and quote a separate scope — I don't lock you into endless revisions.
Do you work with Elementor / Divi / WPBakery / Gutenberg?
All of them. Most WordPress sites I fix use Elementor or Divi, so there's a very high chance I've already seen your exact issue.
Can you fix a hacked or infected site?
Yes — cleanup, malware removal, user audit, plugin audit and basic hardening. If your site needs a deep security rebuild (not just cleanup), that fits the Premium tier.
Can you build a new feature, not just fix an existing one?
Yes, as long as it's small-to-medium scope (custom post type, new block, custom form, integration, etc.). For full redesigns or new sites, message me first — that's a custom offer, not this gig.
What do you NOT do in this gig?
Full website design from scratch, SEO content writing, logo/brand design, or anything that requires running ads/campaigns. If you need those, message me and I'll tell you what fits.
