People nowadays are so stressed with anything about work, workmates, family, friends and any group.
Life events and unexpected turn of events also contributes to the severity of the stress.
And Stress right now opens more portals to diseases and low immunity impairing body functions.
And it is suggested that somehow, stresses can be managed properly through verbalization of feelings.
Sometimes we find it so hard to open up our emotions to our significant others, that is why i am here to fill in the gaps.
