I will automate excel reports and scheduled emails with python

An anonymized CSV or Excel sample, an example of the report you want, and the rules for each total or filter. Tell me your operating system and, for scheduled packages, your SMTP provider, schedule and time zone.

A reusable Python script that reads one agreed CSV or Excel format and creates one Excel report when you run it. Automatic email delivery and scheduling start with Standard.

Yes. Premium supports up to three fixed recipient groups, each receiving a filtered version of the same report template. The groups and filtering rules are agreed before the order.

On one agreed Windows or Linux computer or server that you control. It must remain available for scheduled runs. Standard and Premium include setup on that machine; ongoing hosting and monitoring are not included.

The listed packages use one existing SMTP service that permits automated sending. Please tell me your provider before ordering so I can confirm compatibility. Gmail API, Microsoft Graph or new account authentication need separate scoping.

Yes. You receive the Python source code, required dependency information, setup instructions and an example run using the agreed sample data. No paid AI subscription is required to run this reporting workflow.

A revision adjusts the agreed report layout, totals or filters. A new data source, a different workflow or additional recipient groups are a scope change. I also include seven days of help for issues within the delivered scope.

There is no monthly fee payable to me under these packages. Your existing computer or hosting and email-service costs remain yours. Ongoing operation, monitoring or maintenance would need a separate agreement.

I can review that as a custom project. The listed packages start with a ready-to-use CSV file or one Excel worksheet. New API connections, database access and dashboards are not included.
