Shopify Updates & Maintenance: ONLY for customers who have Shopify websites
Our retainer services include:
- Content and graphic changes, product updates, platform or plugin updates, and general web maintenance.
- Web Development: eg: Front-end and back-end tasks.
- Graphic Design(with cap): eg: Promotional images, web banners, social media post design, etc.
- Digital Materials(with cap): eg: Social media graphics, blog banners, eBook covers, Gift Cards, etc
What retainer service does not include:
- Full Website Design: If you need a new site designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee.
- New Logo Design: If you need a new business, product, or logo designed from scratch, this will be quoted and billed as a flat fee.
- Expenses: Services do not include additional costs like stock photography purchases, web hosting purchases, and printing.

I see this is a "Fiverr Pro" gig. What's the difference between "Pro" and regular gigs?
It means it's premium. Fiverr has a highly selective process for Pro gigs. It's reserved only for sellers who have proved their craft at the highest level.
I don't know how many hours of fixes I need or not sure under which package our needs fall in?

Do you accept payments outside of fiverr or do business outside of fiverr ?
Absolutely NO because that's against Fiverr's TOS, and you have to hire me through Fiverr only.
