Usually a broken date formula, a copied-down range, or an unrecognized status list. Send a duplicate and the result you expected. No. Keep your original untouched. I work on a duplicate and deliver a clearly versioned repaired file.
Do you need my password?
No. Never send account passwords. If the file is password-protected, remove protection before ordering. I do not crack passwords.
Can you guarantee you can fix every file?
No honest seller can guarantee that before seeing the file and expected results. If it is outside scope, I will explain what I found and the next step through Fiverr.
Do you fix macros or Google Apps Script?
Not in this gig. Formulas, ranges, structure, and calculation logic only.
What if the source data is wrong?
A formula can only calculate from the data it receives. The audit flags obvious inconsistent labels or broken ranges, but correcting thousands of source records is a separate data-cleaning scope.
Will you explain the fix?
Yes. Every package includes at least a brief change list. Standard and Premium include plain-English notes and test results.
My follow-up dates are wrong but I can't see why — can you find it?
Yes, that is the core of this gig. Date formulas usually break when a status list changes, a range gets copied down wrong, or a start date moves. Send the duplicate file plus 2–3 dates you expected, and I will trace it.
