A positive affirmation can be as simple as, "I am enough." You know that, right? You ARE enough. You. Just the way you are.
A negative affirmation might sound like, "I can't do anything right!" Uh-oh. It's tempting to exclaim things like this when we aren't being intentional with our thoughts; unfortunately our subconscious grabs on to our errant thoughts and cements them as fact. This is often how beliefs are born.
